In the event that your honey arrives damaged, faulty or the wrong item was sent, please contact us at email@example.com within seven days of receiving your honey so we can correct the problem. Please provide your invoice number and a telephone number where you can be reached and information on the issue. Please note that no refund or exchange is offered when you change your mind after ordering or if you make an error on your order. Please choose carefully and double-check your order before checkout.
Please also note that honey which arrives crystallized is not imperfect or damaged in any way. Almost all honeys will eventually crystallize, and some honeys crystallize faster than others. Please see our FAQs regarding returning crystallized honey to a liquid state.
